Description

We are a creative non-fiction podcast platform from the African continent. Sound Africa was born out of a desire to enable independent journalists, documentarists and non-fiction storytellers in Africa to tell their own stories. We believe podcasting preserves and continues Africa’s tradition of oral storytelling. We publish an episode every two weeks when we have a series out. Our episodes are hosted by Neo Rakgajane or Rasmus Bitsch, written and reported by a variety of freelancers. Our stories cover a wide array of topics. From politics to mysteries to personal stories. Across all our stories we try to make it personal and ensure that Africa is heard.
