Account

  • You can sign up by clicking "Sign in" in the header and choosing "Create account". Enter your email, choose a password, and complete the short profile. You can also sign in with Google or Apple if we support those options.
  • On the sign-in screen, click "Forgot password?" and enter the email address for your account. We'll send you a link to set a new password. The link usually expires after one hour for security.
  • Yes. In your account or profile settings, look for "Delete account" or "Close account". After you confirm, we will remove your data in line with our Privacy Policy. Some data may be retained for legal or safety reasons as described there.

General

  • Use the "Contact" link in the footer or the help section in the app. We aim to reply within a few business days. For account or billing issues, include your email and a short description so we can help faster.
  • Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are linked in the footer of every page. We recommend reading them when you sign up and checking back when we post updates. Continued use of the service means you accept the current terms.

Listings & Playback

  • Open any listing page and tap or click the play button on the cover. Playback uses the global player at the bottom of the screen so you can keep browsing while listening. You can pause, resume, and scrub the progress bar from there.
  • Check your internet connection and try again. If it still fails, the file may be temporarily unavailable or in an unsupported format. Try another listing or device, and contact support if the problem continues.
  • Listings are grouped by category (e.g. by topic or show type). You can browse the home page for highlights and use the playlist or category pages to explore by category. Use search to find specific titles or creators.
  • Right now we stream listings online. Offline download may be offered in a future update. We’ll announce new features in the app and via email if you’re subscribed to our newsletter.

Payments & Subscriptions

  • We accept major credit and debit cards, and may support other methods (e.g. PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay) depending on your region. Payment is processed by our secure provider; we do not store your full card number.
  • You can cancel in account settings under "Subscription" or "Billing". Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to our Terms of Service.
  • Refund eligibility depends on your plan and when you cancel. We may offer refunds or credits in specific situations as described in our Terms. Contact support with your account and order details to request a refund.

Privacy & Data

  • We collect information you give us (e.g. account details, profile), how you use the service (e.g. plays, searches), and technical data (e.g. device, IP). For the full list and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy.
  • We use your data to run the service, personalize content and recommendations, improve the product, communicate with you, and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their marketing.
  • In account or privacy settings you can update your profile, manage notifications, and in some regions request a copy of your data or deletion. Cookie and tracking preferences can often be adjusted in the site footer or your browser.
