    Following several successful surgeries at Mbarara Regional referral Hospital, the nine-year-old boy, Samuel Akamumpa, from Rweibare Village in Kasheshero Sub-county, Mitooma District, has publicly thanked the medical team at Mbarara Regional Referral Hospital (MRRH) after surgeons saved his life by removing around 50 sewing needles and broken pen fragments from his stomach. She was later admitted to Senior One at Katunga Secondary School. According to the family, the attack occurred on 28 April this year. Since then, Adrine has been receiving treatment at Kampala International University Teaching Hospital, Ishaka. The family says they have exhausted all their resources and can no longer afford the medical expenses.
